Refund policy

Refunds:

While we do not issue refunds based on personal preference (we highly recommend you start with our Ultimate Sampler if you're new to IQBAR), please reach out to our team at info@eatiqbar.com if your order is damaged or defective in some way - we'll make it right!

If you're approved for a refund and haven't received your money, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before the refund is posted. Finally, contact your bank - there is often processing time with refunds. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eatiqbar.com.

Returns:

Because our protein bars, hydration mixes & instant coffees are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened containers and/or containers with fewer than the number of units listed on outer packaging. If you're truly unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, please reach out at info@eatiqbar.com and we'll work with you to find a solution!

If you do have unopened boxes/envelopes/gussets you'd like to return, please reach out to info@eatiqbar.com to coordinate shipping back to IQBAR. Please note, you'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
